Our History
Our company’s journey began in May 1997, when Themis Gklavas and Vasilis Kaikis established their first retail store in Modiano Market, Thessaloniki. With prior experience in wholesale, they successfully combined retail and wholesale sales from the early years, steadily expanding their operations.
The continuous growth of the business led to its relocation to a larger space, at 67 Olympiados Street, where a poultry processing workshop was created to better serve market needs. Subsequently, this development was further enhanced with the addition of an extra retail space.
Over the years, the second generation of the family, Konstantinos Kaikis and Dimitrios Kaikis, took over, continuing the company’s course alongside Themis Gklavas. Today, the company operates in the modern facilities of the Central Market of Thessaloniki, adhering to all contemporary hygiene and food safety standards, and remaining true to its values of quality, reliability, and proper collaboration.
